In celebration of my 30th birthday on October 27th, I have decided to make a very special commitment. Over three days this October, I will be walking 60 miles in teh Breast Cancer 3 Day in Dallas. Join Team BreastSTRONG on an amazing journey in the fight against breast cancer! Over the next 17 weeks, each of us will walk 505 miles and log 18.5 hours cross training in preparation for the event. In addition to our individual fundraising efforts, we are currently organizing a team garage sale, fundraising event with silent auction, corporate t-shirt sponsors, and recycling programs to raise money. If any of you have items you would be willing to donate to the garage sale, are interested in being a corporate sponsor, have items to donate to the silent auction, or are willing to save your cans at home or work for us to recycle, please contact one of us so that we may coordinate your involvement/donation.
